Food Additives No preservatives, colourants, flavourants…. eg: Aspartame, benzoic acid, carrageenan, MSG, Sulfates, sulfites, nitrates, nitrites, guar gum.
Fruit You may eat fruit
Grains Oats, Rice, Millet, Quinoa, Wheat, Rye,Barley, Maise…
Legumes Dried Beans, Lentils, Chick Peas, Soy/Endamame and Peanuts
Meat Processed meats may contain wheat, preservatives, emulsifiers and colourants and may be sulfur cured.
Nuts and Seeds All nuts; Almonds, Cacao, Coffee, Cashews, Macadamia, Sunflower seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Chia seeds, Sesame seeds etc.
NSAIDS No anti-inflammatory tabs such as ibuprofen, naprosyn, naproxen sodium, ketorolac etc
Spice No seeds! = spices & no night shades: Capsicum family (peppers/chillies/cayenne/paprika)
Sugar and Sugar Replacement All sugars, cane sugar, HFCs (high fructose corn syrup), date sugar, coconut sugar, corn sugar, stevia, agave, xylitol, erythritol, molasses, syrup
Vegetables Nightshades; eggplant, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, goji berries and sweet peppers


Alcohol Substitute by making Flavoured Waters, Water Kefir & Kombucha
Dairy Use instead coconut milk (without additives), coconut oil and rendered fat
Eggs None
Fats Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil, Lard, Duck Fat, Olive Oil, Rendered Fat.
Fermented Foods Kombucha, Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Water Kefir
Food Additives Salt, pepper and herbs
Fruit All fruits are allowed in moderation
Grains No grains allowed
Legumes Snap Peas, String/Green beans.
Meat Beef, Bacon (check it is wood smoked & sulfur free), Turkey, Fish, Ostrich, Game.
Nuts and Seeds None
NSAIDS Not allowed
Spice Lemon balm, basil, bay, chamomile, chervil, chives, coriander leaf, cinnamon/cassia, cloves, dill, garlic, ginger, horseradish, lavender, mace, marjoram, onion, oregano, parsley, peppermint, rosemary, saffron, sage, salt,(**Himalayan salt is best) spearmint, tarragon thyme, turmeric

Vegetables All other veg are good!

**Himalayan salt is over 84 minerals and trace elements, it is said to contain 95% of the minerals that our bodies need as apposed to table salt which is mainly sodium chloride with sometimes iodine added into it. It has unhealthy anti-clumping agents and is bleached.
